Our client is a world leader in biotechnology. The company is purpose-driven and can leverage biotechnology to improve potentially thousands of everyday products, ranging from food to energy.

They are looking to hire people with strong skills in communication, digital, and social media. Such people would be leaders with great potential, typically holding similar positions in other corporations or biotechnology companies.

They need to find a creative idea to attract the best qualified people to lead a digital and social communication unit in a biotechnology company based in Denmark.

Creative Challenge

Invent an intelligent, unusual and creative way to advertise a job post targeted at the best talent in digital and social media.

Your idea for this “new” job post can be based on digital media, social media or apply to general marketplaces (job sites, print ads, etc.). The key is to think about how your idea can appeal to the clever people targeted by the job post.

Think outside of the traditional job post: You can suggest new and untraditional media solutions, fresh and creative solutions, on and offline.

Please use the template to provide us with these 3 things (see template in the guidelines below):

  1. Idea description and rationale (10-20 lines max)
  2. Illustration (drawing, photo or illustration) of how it could look or work
  3. Why is this idea a winner? (10-20 lines max)


The examples are only provided to illustrate our expectations. Please do not use them in your submission or it will be rejected.

Think about these people's lives, what they do during the day, on weekends, at night... Try to put yourself in their shoes to spot a moment and a creative way to get their attention, and make them want to apply.

In France, Michel & Augustin decided to address commuters directly during the rush hour which created a massive buzz online (check out this video). Not only did it raise awareness for the brand, it also drove applicants to their jobsite. Untraditional, digital and impactful!

  • Entries are accepted in English only.

  • Do not show any personal details in the entry (name, contact number, e-mail address, etc.).
  • Keep the source files / working files of your entry until the winners have been announced as they may be needed.
  • Your participation must comply with the rules you accepted when you joined the contest.
  • Your entry has to be your own work to be considered into the contest. If you have included protected elements (music, photographs, designs, fonts, etc.), make sure to fill in the Legal Information section when you upload. You may be asked to provide the authorizations and licenses to use such elements.
  • You must be able to provide the written authorizations from each of the authors and actors who have contributed to the entry.
  • Do not depict sexual, violent, religious, political content or any illicit content as per the rules.
  • Any entry that fails to comply with these rules will not be considered for the contest.
