This concept does particularly well in addressing our requirement that “solutions should not over-rely on convenience and technology, leading to a more passive lifestyle that is unhealthy for humans and for the planet”, as well as the requirement that it have a positive effect on our cultural and social life. By using technology as simply a tool, this concept provides a healthier, more human experience – not just for eating, but for the entire process of food preparation.

This concept does very well in addressing our requirement that “solutions should not over-rely on convenience and technology, leading to a more passive lifestyle that is unhealthy for humans and for the planet.” By embracing a slower pace of travel, this concept focuses on maximizing a social and cultural experience, rather than serving as a convenient technology-based solution.
