François Pétavy – CEO
François has been focusing on the convergence between technology, marketing and content for more than 20 years. Before joining eYeka early 2008, he was a Director at eBay, in charge of developing the French marketplace on new areas of business. François' past positions also include being a Producer at Ubi Soft (a video game publisher), and VP Project Management for AGENCY.COM:Paris (a digital agency). François Pétavy graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Nicolas Borgis – VP Product
Nicolas leads eYeka's Product strategy, development and marketing efforts. Prior to joining eYeka, Nicolas served as the Products & Services Director for online hotel booking FastBooking since 2008 where he directed the development of the company's online hotel booking solutions. Nicolas Borgis began his career in 1996 with Netscape Communications. In 2000, he joined the Boston Consulting Group as a strategy consultant. In 2004 Nicolas joined Microsoft France as marketing manager for the public sector, then was given responsibility of developing of Microsoft's business with the Web ecosystem. Nicolas holds an MSc from ENST (Telecom ParisTech) and an MBA from INSEAD.
Alexis Beck Djevaguiroff – CFO
Alexis joined eYeka in August 2012 to lead Finance and Operations. Before joining eYeka, Alexis was Director of Finance & Business Analysis at Sequans Communications (4G Semiconductor Provider) where he contributed to grow the company from early stage to IPO. He previously held positions in finance as Corporate Controlling Manager at Radiall (electronic connectors), and Auditor at MBV & Associés.
Ambba Kuthiala – Managing Director APAC
Ambba has over 20 years experience in Advertising between India and Singapore. Over the decades she has run and turned around offices to deliver profitable growth in Mumbai & Singapore with agencies like Publicis & Y&R. She has led and grown relationships with large global clients like L’Oreal, Unilever, P&G, Sanofi & Citibank to deliver healthy results in APAC. She has run the Mumbai office for a brand consultancy firm and run an extremely profitable business unit offering healthcare services under Publicis umbrella. She believes that communication is a very powerful tool to influence consumer mindsets and values culturally and socially.
Julie Rozek – Managing Director Europe
Julie has spent over 20 years leading global Nestlé, Unilever and P&G brands at Ogilvy, Publicis, Grey and others. She is passionate about brands, fresh creative thinking and communications with a strong brand voice. She is also fascinated about how Millennials are changing our world. So, in late 2012, Julie joined eYeka as Global Business Director, where she raised delivery standards and grew the FMCG business in Europe. Julie graduated from Colgate University (B.A.), Johns Hopkins SAIS (M.A.) and from ESCP Europe (M.S.).
Massimo Prelz Oltramonti – Chairman of the Board
Massimo was born and raised in Italy, studied economics & business at the University of Geneva and got his MBA at Wharton. He started his career in Paris where he worked for The Boston Consulting Group, then joined Olivetti, first in the Corporate Development and Venture Capital team, then - after 2 years spent in New York - as Managing Director of Radiocor, a whole owned financial information services company. Massimo then returned to venture capital, moving to London and joining first Alta Berkeley Associates and then Advent International, where he became Managing Director in charge of the investments in Media Telecom and Technology. His investments included Scandinavian Broadcasting Systems SA, Esat Telecom plc and Jazztel plc.
After leaving Advent International, he became Chairman of Jazztel, Vice-Chairman of Primacom AG as well as advisor to a number of private equity funds, including Spectrum Equity Ventures, Gilbert Global and GMT Communication. Massimo is also the Chairman of Electro Power Systems SA, a EuroNext listed energy storage company and Director of Gigaclear plc, a telecom operator.
Jonathan Pell - Director
Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and now an experienced serial businessman having held CFO, COO and CEO in multiple organisations all of which have been successfully acquired such as Geneva Technology by Convergys and Datanomic by Oracle.
In the recent past Jonathan was CEO of Datanomic before it was successfully acquired by Oracle at which point he served as Vice President of Data Quality Strategy for Oracle. Jonathan was previously Senior Finance Director, EMEA, APAC and LATAM at Convergys Corporation (NYSE – CVG), where he had overall financial responsibility for its billing software and services business. Prior to Convergys he was Financial Controller and then Finance Director of Geneva Technology, a Cambridge UK based billing software company. During his period at Geneva he helped grow the business into a $50m revenue and 450 people company prior to the acquisition by Convergys in 2001 for $692m. Jonathan has also held senior finance positions within Thomas Cook Retail and Semitool Inc.
Jonathan currently sits on the Boards of eYeka, Centralis, PsychologyOnline and Cloudfind as well as being an advisor to DN Capital.
Simon Guild - Director
Simon spent 14 years in the MTV Networks Group; before leaving MTV in January 2007, he occupied the position of President and CEO Europe, based in London.
Simon was previously Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing MTV Networks Europe's business operations such as Productions Europe, Broadcast Services, Finance, IS and Human Resources. Simon joined MTV Networks Europe in 1993 as Head of Strategy and Planning. He was promoted to COO in 1997.
Simon joined eYeka's Board of Directors in April 2007.
