All began when Wicky Hassan, then a painter, bought new denim canvas which he treated, stone-washed, dyed, to give it a certain patina and thus create unique pieces.

Flashback to the 80s: Wicky opened a fashion outlet, « Energie », in which designers and artists mingled, to notably take part in the creation of special window displays and exhibitions inside the store.

These years gave birth to the men’s fashion brand Energie, strongly influenced by the world of its creator: to design the collections, Wicky draws from American 60s and 70s contemporary artists and from more art forms (graffiti, photography, movies, music, cartoons).

The « Style Clash » was born: constant eclecticism, a gift for creative contrast, a way of opposing conflicting environments or creative inspirations …with one goal in mind: the quest of ENERGIE.

The ENERGIE* collection highlights the constant opposition between 2 styles that nonetheless describe the same man: both clean-cut and rebellious, dandy and manly, strong and fragile.
