Sales Manager – Eyeka UK. Central London
The role: Working with the MD to implement Eyeka's UK new business strategy. Including;
- cold calling brands to gain meetings with top brands and agencies
- researching brands and sectors, looking at opportunities for the Eyeka product
- managing a database to implement a contact strategy including; calls, emailing, letters, DM, PR and sponsorship
- preparing proposals and presentations
- attending meetings and supporting the MD. Including running your own meetings presenting to prospects
- produce business and sales collateral
- helping develop the contact strategy
- maintaining Eyeka’s social media channels including blogs, twitter, facebook and website
- working with the Paris team to deliver projects including; client liaison, briefing, managing project timings, ensuring deadlines are achieved
Key skills:
- An understanding of the marketing landscape and the basics of marketing strategy
- An understanding of digital media and marketing
- Ability to research brands, understand their positioning and develop a point of view and ideas on their marketing strategy
- Very organised person with good quality time management skills
- Ability to engage people in telephone conversations – not afraid to make cold calls
- Ability to work without day to day management
- Client management skills, including project management and managing a delivery team

Job description :
You will have several main tasks, those being able to be discussed and redefined with Eyeka’s management according to your profile. You will be accompanied and guided throughout your entire mission while working within Eyeka’s Community Management Team:
- You take part in the recruitment of Eyeka’s community, in particular abroad. For that, you surf the Net, you browse blogs and forums to locate talents. You contact them, describe our project and convince them to join our community. You develop Eyeka’s presence and influence within creative communities on an international level.
- You contribute to the animation of Eyeka’s community (photographers, filmmakers, animators…) on relevant channels (emailing, phoning, Facebook, blog, Twitter…). If need be, you help creators through a personalized feedback on their work and their creations.
Requirements :
- Education in Commerce / Communication / Marketing.
- Creative spirit combined with rigor and a solid general culture.
- Experience and passion of Web 2.0 and its tools (social media, SEO, SEM, etc).
- Strong relational sense and driven by goals.
- Good capacities of negotiation, conviction.
- Foreign language knowledge is essential (English, German or Spanish).
